     In an effort to get a handle on the market in Horry County, I have decided to research each week the number of properties that have actually closed in the area.  Sometimes, the media’s global statements reflect what is happening here, but mostly it does not.  I will be tracking the closed transactions weekly to determine what is actually happening here. If anyone has clients who are interested in relocation, investing, or purchasing a second home in a coastal community, this information may be relevant and helpful.
